		<description>Unfortunately, we are not, while at the same time, we are not too far lagging behind. However, now that this has been recognized, strategies should be determined so that a helping hand can be extended to our affected companies, as poor customer service seems to plague a high percentage of businesses today. More seminars? Or should the approach be one of a diagnostic study of our business? I&#039;d love to help with the latter, as I too believe that customer service is the gateway to continued success, especially for the small businesses.</description>
