Kubuli Beer Bottling Plant

Dominica's Own, Kubuli Beer Bottling Plant

Dominica’s rich volcanic soil provides a base suitable for growing a wide variety of fruits, produce, and plants. A favourable climate with an average temperature of 80°F, and abundant rainfall allow for year-round agricultural production.

More recently, Dominica’s agricultural development has been towards diversification into the production of non-traditional crops including pineapple, peppers, sweet corn, and other fruits and vegetables.

Excellent Investment Opportunities exist for joint venture partnership in the following areas:

  • Banana, pineapple, and other processed fruit products
  • Water bottling
  • Production of essential oils, herbs and spices, and medicinal products
  • Snack foods and coffee
  • Tremendous opportunities exist for organic agricultural production, agro-processing and food production.
  • Fish processing, marine aqua-culture

Most of the farms are owned small landholding and we encourage joint venture partnership in an effort to ensure value added and food security.

Encouraging Investment in a Bottling/Packing Facility

We are inviting investment that can provide support to the agri business industry. One of the key investments that we are encouraging is a bottling/packing facility to provide the necessary raw and packing material to the agribusiness industry.

In an endeavour to add value to agricultural raw materials, the government is encouraging investments in agro-processing through the provision of a regime of fiscal incentives and technical support services.
